Having a specific goal means knowing exactly what the goal is.

A
Goal that you can measure, means that you can know when you have achieved them.

A
Important they stretch you, but are possible to achieve. Setting unachievable goals can make you demotivated.

Realistic
A
A goal may be achievable in theory, but if it is achievable in practice, you need to have the time and resources to complete it.
