Frontal Bone- forehead

Parietal Bones (2)- between frontal and occipital bone top centre of cranium

Occipital Bone- very back of head

Temporal Bones (2)- temples

Ethmoid Bone- inner eye socket

Sphenoid Bone- between zygomatic and temporal bones

Patella- knee cap

Tibia- large bone in lower leg next to Fibula

Fibula- smaller bone lateral to Tibia

Tarsals- most proximal in foot

Metatarsals- next section after tarsals

Phalanges- toes, most distal in foot

-what is C1 and C2

A

C1= Atlas, very first spinal bone
C2= Axis, second spinal bone
(c1+c2 are the only bones named in the vertebrae)

Cervical V.- first 7 bones
Thoracic V.- middle 12 bones
Lumbar V.- last 5 bones

Sacrum and Coccyx also apart of spine
