Output: project scope statement

project scope statement + WBS + WBS dictionary = Scope baseline

Scope baseline = project scope statement + WBS + WBS dictionary + work package + planning package

WBS 包左control accounts, work packages , planning package

Work package = lowest level of the WBS
Control account= integrate the costs, scope, schedule points and compare their performance using earned value management metrics
Planning package = work that has not yet been broken down to work package level
