  1. Fixed price contracts
    對buyer 最有利, 無風險. 過程中點加要求都得,
    如果唔識唔知project 點做, 唔可以開fixed price contract, 因為contract
    要寫Details

A. Firm fixed price contract (FFP)
咩都無加, 係幾多就幾多
B. Fixed price Incentive fee contracts (FPIF/FPI)
提供誘因令vendor做快D, 雙方都有利
會有price ceiling fixed 左,
C. Fixed price with economic price adjustment contract (FP-EPA)
加經濟條件因素 , 合約超過幾年先會加

  1. Cost reimbursable contracts
    成本價+實報實銷
    風險高D, 因成本會上升, 合約不用太detais, 中間點加都得, PM 要對單

A. Cost plus fixed fee (CPFF)
Project 完左, 俾固定$ + 實報實銷
B. Cost plus incentive fee (CPIF)
提供誘因,做快D大家得益
C. Cost plus award fee (CPAF)
獎金, 得VENDOR 得益, 睇performance

  1. Time and Materials
    裝修, 簡單工程
    有人報價就可以, 不一定要有contract, 要快
    pay by Per hour, per date
