Produces its own food e.g. plant, via photosynthesis by converting
light energy into chemical energy

Organisms living in an area affected by different factors and
interacting with the environment.

Feeds on decaying/dead material

a animal that Eats plants.
What is a Carnivore?
an animal that eats meat
What is a Biome?
Plants and animals that have common characteristics due to
similar climates and can be found over a range of continents
What is a Omnivore?
Eats both plants and meat
What does abundance refer to?
Abundance refers to the population of an organism in an area
What does a food web show?
a food web shows the feeding relationships between the organisms in a community
What are food webs used for?
We can use a food web to help predict what will happen if their is a change in the ecosystem
