A

A

Breaded chicken breast is crunchy light and not greasy, topped with the “ventor” sauce which is a mixture of gochujang, mayo, sugar, garlic, butter, vinegar and sesame. Finished with shredded iceberg lettuce, red onion, and fresh tomato. Also can be served with a iceberg bun

Define the calamari

A

Pineapple style cut calamari lightly dusted and quickly deep fried, then lovingly wok fired!
Calamari is tossed in sriracha chili mix, topped with pickled Fresno peppers,
and served with a grilled lemon. Spicy aioli on the side for a dip!

Define the tempura shrimp

A

Butter-flied shrimp, a light, crisp tempura outter layer with a soft bite. There is 12 per order. A beautiful yuzu glaze with an acidic and sweet flavour coats each piece of shrimp. Topped with some fresh cut jalapeno slices, shredded nori and fresh cilantro to garnish.
Accompanied by a spicey sambal aioli. Caution to guests: This one is spicey. We can communicate to the chef if guests would prefer this to have a milder heat.

Describe the smoked trout dip

A

Great comfort food dish shared at the centre of the table to start. Fresh smoked trout dip folded with crème fraiche and lemon, finished with olive oil, fresh chive, dill, and toasted black pepper, served with seasoned crispy house fried seasoned potato chips.

Describe the pesto casarecce

A

A delicious and fresh tasting pasta sauce made with a kale pesto. Satisfyingly creamy and packed with flavour from the juicy blistered cherry tomatoes. Topped with pistachio nuts, which give the dish an extra level of texture and finished with freshly grated Grana Padano cheese. What makes everything better? More cheese. We top the dish with some beautifully creamy burrata.

Describe the pork chop “Milanese”

A

A 10 oz crispy, bone-in pork chop. Cooked Medium- Medium well throughout. We brine the pork chop for 14 days, giving it its juicy and tender texture. It is coated in traditional panko breadcrumbs. Served on a bed of our signature creamy mashed potatoes with a grainy mustard & brown butter sauce. Finished with a light salad of arugula, semi dried cherry tomatoes and pickled shallots. This is a hearty dish, with a beautiful contrast of flavours that are balanced perfectly.
