A

-in a residential care setting , use of hoists to help residents get out of bed
-at a nursery , ensure play areas are safe
-in GP surgeries ensure patient information is kept confidential
-ensure policies are followed for staff use of cameras and mobile phones
-ensure safe handling and disposal of sharps
-ensure effective control and disposal of harmful substances
-ensure all staff have a DBS declaration
-ensure staff do not work in isolation and are always properly supervised
-ensure effective procedures for reporting accidents and incidents
-in a hospital , make sure al equipment is sterile
