Case Study
9 mins 50 secs - perfect!
Good; Could improve:
Approx 2.5 mins intro - good and good use of explanations not on the slides, so not just reading out. Keeps assessors enagaged.
Good table on alides 9-11 - nice and clear
Option C - Good use of specific examples on the project such as asbestos removal.
Good you have stated the cost impact on each of these - perhaps give a %
Sound very confident and clear, good examples and specific.
Could be clearer in stating most important client driver in slide 6 - e.g. triangle / priority list / number, so this si clear before diving into the options.
Slide 8 - could write ‘‘option A, B etc’’ next to eahc option so this is consistent to the options listed on subsequent.
Ever so slighty fast speaking in certain areas - can slow down at certain point in the options as this sounds like a list, - perhaps a slight pause in between ‘‘quality’’, ‘‘risk’’ on the table so they don’t all meld into one (hard to differentiate as a listener. And you can reduce some of the last slides to make up the time.
