Point - NATO (NATIONAL ATLANTIC TREATY ORGANISATION) Airstrikes against terrorist targets
Explain - it is a collective decision to bomb terrorist targets if NATO feels they could be a huge threat to them or their allies.
Example - In 2015, NATO countries bombed ISIS targets in Syria and Iraq to limit the spread of the terrorist group across the Middle East
Point - UN (UNITED NATIONS) Supporting Victims of Terrorism through different agencies such as UNICEF
Explain - The agency will provide shelter, food, education and healthcare. Set a scene a vital as many of these people have lost everything and can’t return home due to the threat of further attacks.
Example - UNICEF is providing emergency food aid to almost 100,000 children in N. Nigeria because of Boko Haram
