POINT - ASBO (ANTI SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR ORDER)

Explain - An ASBO bans the offender (over the age of 12) from causing any disruption to the community, they can be issued for crimes such as littering, blasting music or graffiti.
Example - you can be fined up to £1000 or face a prison sentence if you break the rules of ASBO

POINT - HOME DETENTION CURFEW
A
Explain - The offender may serve the sentence at home but under certain curfew conditions. They could have to stay within a specific address for around 12 hours every night and be monitored by an electronic tag
Example - during COVID-19 police Scotland could arrest people who are out their homes during lockdown with no reasonable excuse
