Block vagally mediated contraction of airway smooth muscle
What are the adverse effects of Theophylline?
Dry mouth, urinary retention, dry eyes
What are the drug-drug interactions of Theophylline?
CYP450 inhibitors such as ciprofloxacin, fluoxetine and many antifungals.
Increase concentration of Theophylline.
