Secretes inner and outer membrane around the albumin, with the blunt part of the egg white separating outer and inner membrane for 1 hour.
What does Uterus or Shell gland of avian do?
cooks the outer membrane secreted by isthmus to produce a hard egg, also secretes the color for 21 hours.
What does cloaca or vagina of avian do?
Where the egg is released, and outer environment hardened the egg also.
