a) Neisseria gonorrhoeae & Chlamydia trachomatis
b) Typically presents w/ fever >38℃, rebound abdominal tenderness, purulent endocervical discharge, & cervical motion & adnexal tenderness on bimanual examination
- Also has about a 50% rate of ectopic pregnancy
