What are checklists?

A

Is made up of key points on how the skill should be executed. Information about the performance is recorded on the checklist by the coach. The skill can be viewed in real-time or through video.

A

Involves the athlete to keep a record of successes, failures and suggestions for improvement. It can be checked by the coach to receive feedback and allow them to work on areas where athletes need to improve.

A
