Q

Beta Blockade

A

B1: bradycardia, renin suppression, reduced FA synthesis

B2: bronchospams, vasoconstriction, reduced energy/hypoglycemia

**cardioselective attempts to only block B1 so as not to cause B2 blocking effects (not very effective)

**Partial agonists try to do the same, not very effective either

**Membrane stabilizing: antiarrhythmic? Antiplatelet?
