Explain how type II diabetes occurs
Due to diet and poor eating habits, massive spikes in glucose leads to large amounts of insulin. Beta cells that produce insulin eventually wear out and die.

Explain what MS is and how it affects the body
MS is an autoimmune disease wherein the immune system attacks and kills off myelin-producing Shwann cells. The absence of myelin on neurons interfere with the communication process, and lead to lack of coordination, and sometimes death.
