2: when an aircraft or associated mission equipment is removed from “intermediate” storage
3:After an aircraft completes an overhaul/modernization program, or major disassembly and reassembly of an aircraft
4: when accepting new a/c into the army inventory
5: acceptance of an aircraft back into the army inventory afer a period of loan or lease
6: when the unit commander or Mx officer determines that a general test flight is necessary to ensure the airworthiness of the aircraft.

How long can a corrosion defect remain a diagonal?
If the status symbol and corrective action is not initiated within 30 days from the date of discovery, the a/c status symbol will be changed to an X. Will remain grounded and reported NMC until corrective action has taken place

How long can an aircraft report FMC on MTF status?
If the FCF/MTF is not completed within 84hours after the MOC is performed, NMC time will commence again unless weather restrictions prevent the FCF/MTF. When wx restrictions exist the FCF/MTF must be completed within 24 hours after ex conditions allow a FCF/MTF to be performed or NMC time will commence again (Addendum to GEn 19 AMAM 01)
