Resolution

Criteria for diagnosis of female sexual interest/arousal and male hypoactive sexual desire disorder.
6+ months. Absent or reduced desire and enjoyment of sexual activity that causes distress in the person.

6+ months of recurrent intense fantasy. Individual acted on fantasy with non-consenting person

Transvestic disorder
Self-directed: Cross-dressing
Criteria for gender dysphoria diagnosis
6+ months. Incongruency w/expresses and assigned gender that causes significant distress.
Flavors of gender dysphoria
Children (insistence that he/she is not assigned gender, strong preference for non-assigned gender activities, strong rejection of assigned gender activities, dislike of sexual anatomy and desire for non-assigned gender anatomy). Adults (incongruence between assigned/expressed gender, strong desire to be the non-assigned gender, strong conviction that their feelings and emotions are typical of non-assigned gender)
