What are somatoform disorders?
repeated presentation of physical symptoms that have no physical basis.

acid erosion- palatal aspect dental caries cheilosis enlarged parotid gland reddening of palate submandibular lymphadenopathy
What is munchausen’s syndrome?
individuals exaggerate symptoms and repeatedly present to healthcare.
No clear gain to patient
