What is the issue register?
It is a register maintained by the project manager which contains all formal issues raised during the project (request for change, off-spec, problems and concerns incl. any other comments).

- Maintained by team manager for reporting to project manager.
- See if team progress is going according to plan.
- Frequency: To be agreed between PM
and TM when work package is accepted.
High light report:

- Purpose?
