What are the 3 types of cord insertion?

A

Velamentous - blood vessel in the membranes
Bipartite/tripartite - 2/3 lobes with vessels going to both
Succunturiate lobe - an extra lobe –> dangerous as can cause a PPH, can be retained as not known about
