1) Improved heart function: stronger heart muscle means it pumps more effeciently

2) Improved efficiency of body systems: Weight-bearing activities such as jogging improve the skeletal system

3) Reduced the risk of some illness: for example, excercise can reduce high blood pressure

4) Ability to dk everyday tasks: due to improved body systems.

5) Avoidance of obesity: being very overweight can cause health problems, affecting your participation in sport and ability to carry out everyday tasks

A

1) Improved heart function: Less strain on the heart, reducing the chance of heart attacks

2) Improved efficiency of body systems: Improves bone density, making bones stronger therefore reducing the chance osteoporosis.

3) Reduced the risk of some illness: less chance of coronary heart disease or strokes.

4) Ability to do everyday tasks: can function more easily at work and leisure, can run for the bus/play sport

5) Avoidance of obesity: Exercise burns calories, so you are during sports; also helps reduce health problems associated with obesity, such as heart disease or diabetes.
