MoA:- interferes with 30S ribosomal subunit causing the cell to misread mRNA —> stopping protein synthesis
Resistance:- methylation of Aminoglycoside binding portion —> inhibit aminoglycoside ability to stop protein translation of organism

MoA:- Binds to FKBP in cytoplasm bind to and inhibits mTOR —> blocks IL2 signal transduction and prevent cell cycle progression an lymphocytes proliferation
