desire to do a task well, and to take obligations seriously

Agreeableness
individual’s propensity to defer to and get along with others

- not related to job performance

- closely associated with negative affectivity
Openness
(key feature: Intellectualness)
- matters for creative or dynamic jobs (advertising or entrepreneurship)
Extraversion
(key feature: Status Striving ‘get influential’)
- closely associated with positive affectivity

mostly stable
- conscientiousness increases the most
- agreeableness increases
- neuroticism decreases
- openness increases slightly
- extraversion decreases slightly
