A

Firefighter will respond, but will not be cited towards unit staffing. Inform IC upon arrival. Member may not enter IDLH without harness.

A

Semi-annually
Check entire length of rope plus anchor hook, EXO, and carabiner.
Discoloration from the bag is not a reason to place rope OOS
