Members responding without personal harness
Firefighter will respond, but will not be cited towards unit staffing. Inform IC upon arrival. Member may not enter IDLH without harness.
Unit OOS if officer is without a personal harness

Pull rope back thru EXO leaving 8 inches between the EXO and anchor hook
When to repack PSS
Semi-annually
Check entire length of rope plus anchor hook, EXO, and carabiner.
Discoloration from the bag is not a reason to place rope OOS

RT-2 with members name, referenced number and assigned unit

OOS life safety report to chief of safety
Update PSS verification system on fdny intranet
