Initial exclusion zone
- establish physical barrier as initial exclusion zone using RED hazmat tape, utility role, cones, etc
- Remain outside exclusion zone to deny access or as ordered

Water supply
Remain together as a unit unless otherwise ordered
Members of 1st engine may perform CFR-D duties
Hazmat 2nd engine
Site access control
Assist and coordinate with 2nd ladder to control access to the site
Remain together as a unit unless ordered. This may include assisting 1st engine with water supply or line placement, site control or evacuation
May perform CFRD
Hazmat 3rd engine
Should be assigned CFRD duties
If 1st or 2nd engine is performing CFRD, 3rd should be assigned to water supply and decon, or site access control as needed.

In addition to directing evacuation, 2 members will be designated the back-up team and will establish a communications relay with the IC until relieved by 1st arriving CPC equipped unit

Direct ambulatory victims from SRA to gross decon
Use stokes/SKED with a length of utility rope to drag non-ambulatory victims to gross decon
