Its the workers or the teams responsibility to ensure that all the work is done before the due date
Teamwork
Most modern IT jobs involve teamwork so workers must be able to cooperate with their peers, share ideas and work together to complete tasks
Numerical skills
They are required in IT jobs to ensure that jobs are completed accurately and within the budget
Verbal skills
It is a big part of most jobs as workers must be polite and respectful to co workers using appropriate language
Planning and organisation
To ensure that all deadlines are met, teams must carefully plan who will complete each task and by when. Companies must be well organised so department can work together and share information when necessary.
