Bright red rectal bleeding
Pain lasts 30mins post defecation.

Stool softeners (laxido) GTN /diltizem (topical)
Surgical = internal/lateral sphincterotomy.

Non surgical for grades 1-3 = band ligation or injection slceotheapy
