Anti HBc is what?

It is the core antibody that only develops if you have had an infection
IgM = acute
IgG = Chronic.

What is anti HBs
A
The surface antibody that is only present if you have had the infection or been vaccinated.

What does HbeAg signify/
A
E antigen, only present in active / acute infection.

What does HBsAG?
A
Surface antigen, usually implies an acute infection.
Normally only present for 1-6months.

A
Anti HBs +ve and anti Hbc (IgG)
