Immunofluorescance pattern?
IgG deposits - fishnet pattern
Histology?
Suprabasal - spinous cell layer
Describe the features of pemphigus foliaceus ?
Auto ag - dsg 1
Split - granular subcorneal
Direct if- IgG
Asso - drugs, thymoma, myasthenia gravis
Presenting features- crusts & shallow erosions on scalp, central face, chest & back
