Acute post streptococcal GMN

Dx?
A
Child with honey colored lesions on face
Gram stain & pus culture

Rx→ localized lesions?
Extensive lesions + LAD present
A
Topical antibiotics → Fusidic acid, Mupirocin
Extensive → erythromycin group → poor response → moxclave or cephalexin

Describe the lesion?
A
Thin walled bulla that ruptures rapidly
With honey coloured crusts
Regional lymphadenopathy - frequent in severe cases
