PAH and Creatinine Clearance both go through the kidney via the same principle i.e excreted»filtered.
How are they inaccurate for whatever they help in measuring?
A
PAH is used to measure RPF, and it underestimates RPF because RPF goes to other places of kidney too and PAH only measure what RPF goes through the glomerulus.
(PAH PAH- just as blood pulsates, so RPF, and PAH PAH kerna matlab degrade kerna kisi ko, so underestimate)
Creatinine Clearance is used to measure GFR, and it overestimates GFR.
(Create kerna is always OVER)
