Prognosis less than 6 or less
Very aggressive tumor arising from pancreatic duct
Usually already met at presentation
Tumor more common in pancreatic head (obstructive jaundice)
Associated with CA19-9

Chronic pancreatitis (esp >20 yrs)
Age > 50
Jewish or AA males

A
Abd pain radiating to the back Weight loss (due to malabsorption/anorexia) Obstructive jaundice with palpable nontender gallbladder
Trousseau’s syndrome: Migratory thrombophlebitis: redness and tenderness on palpation of extremities
