Symptoms of frozen shoulder include pain and stiffness in your shoulder that does not go away.
Red flags of back pain and ix of choice
- Being woken from sleep due to pain
- Subacute duration, e.g. weeks-months
Ix: Spinal X-ray, if negative then MR
Supraspinatus tendinopathy features
- Shoulder and upper arm pain for weeks
- Worsen when arm elevated above head
- Reduced ROM
- Pain on abduction at shoulder - worse when arm in internal rotation
