- members don’t have choice about membership
- Example: People in prison or Military

- process by which organizations become increasingly governed by laws and policy.

- is a form of government in which power effectively rests with a small elite segment of society.

A
- describes the process by which extreme efficiency and rationalization produce negative consecuences in society (Example: reduce quality of products)
