full assessment order should be …

- questionaries, forms, preliminary health screening, risk assessment
- anthropometrics and body comp
- assess other non-taxing aspects of fitness: flexibility, posture, balance, reaction time, dexterity
- maximal or submaximal aerobic test , is maximal it is the last test b/c of recovery time, if submaximal it is done right after body comp and non demanding assessments as a warm-up for other assessments
- anaerobic test
- MSK tests b/c they allow for the best recovery , alternate btw. upper and lower body
- max aerobic testing if applicable
