Undifferentiated cells of various shape and size. Metastasis present.
Grade I
Cells are similar to original cells. Small a localized tumor.
Weight loss, tissue wasting anemia, infections, and bleeding.

Local spread
Invasion
Spread to distant sites by blood or lymphatic channels.
Metastasis
Spread of cancer cells in body fluids of along membranes, usually in body cavities.
Seeding

Size, involvement, and spread.
Grade III
Larger tumor, lymph nodes involved, no metastasis.
Stage II
Regional lymph nodes affected. No metastasis.
Bone marrow depression, epithelial cell damage, abdominal radiation, and nonspecific fatigue.
Adverse effects of radiation
5 yr survival rate w/o. Reoccurrence after diagnosis and treatment.
Cure
A period of no clinical signs.
Remission
