CT chest, abdo, pelvis

Endoscopic ultrasounds
How is squamous cell carcinoma treated?
Localised SCC treated with radical chemoradiotherapy
No surgery
How is adenocarcinoma treated?
Endoscopic resenction
Oesophagectomy or neoadjuvant chemo
What is the most common cause of gastric cancer?
H. Pylori
What is gastric cancer associated with symptom wise?
Indigestion, fatigue, bloating, abdominal pain, weight loss
