SCC (90%) - Smoking/Alcohol
- Hot tea

- Upper and middle portion of oesophagus
Adenoma (10%) - Reflux/Barrett’s
- Lower third

SCC - chemotherapy responsive
Adenoma - Surgery + chemoradiotherapy
