Gradual onset low back pain, worse at night with spinal morning stiffness relieved by exercise

Movement at the spine
Schober’s test
Occiput-to-wall distance
Sacroiliitis
Achilles tendinitis and plantar fasciitis
Reduced lung expansion
Valvular pathology

What is uveitis? How does it present?
Inflammation of the uvea (iris, ciliary body, choroid)
Pain
Excessive tearing
Blurred vision
Redness
Photophobia
