Keratinizing squamous cell
Nonkeratinizing squamous cell carcinomas
Undifferentiated carcinomas with abundant non-neoplastic lymphocyte infiltrate

How do NPCs present?
A
Primary NPCs are often clinically occult for long periods
70% present as metastasis to cervical LNs
Nasal symptoms - Bleeding, blockage, discharge
Ear - Deafness, infection, tinnitus
Cranial nerve palsy
Headaches
Neck swelling
