Causes💚Is a result of many complex factors, such as overeating, poor die and bad eating habits, (Regular consumption of high-calorie foods and compulsive eating disorders) unhealthy lifestyles: excessive speel, lack of exercise, inadequate physical activity, regular use of medicationa; genetic factor; Hormonal, Metabolic and psychological factors.
Effects:leads to shorter life span, breathing problems, posture problems, increased risk of disbetes, increased risk of heart attacks , limited choice of clothing, feeling of embarrassment,lower self-esteem, even possible discrimination in job market.
How to prevent💚: Following a balanced diet, choosing healthier cooking methods like steaming and boiling, cutting down on carbohydrates and sugar,
LIMITING FAT INTAKE BY AVOIDING DEEP FRIED FOOD. Eating wholesome meals to prevent obesity,
Using medical weight-loss therapies, prescribed medications
