She loves buying vintage clothing.
Vintage: of high quality and lasting value, or showing the best and most typical characteristics of a particular type of thing, especially from the past.
Old clothes especially in classic styles never go out of fashion.
To go out of fashion: to not be in fashion anymore.
She is well-dressed

To take pride in one’s appearance: to pay attention to how one looks.
She isn’t dressed to kill
Dressed to kill: wearing clothes that attract admirers.
Most of the time her clothes are just off the peg.
Off the peg: clothing that is ready made
She is not interested in designer labels.
Designer labels: a well-known company that makes clothing.
She doesn’t seem too concerned about keeping up with the latest fashion.
To keep up with the latest fashion: to wear the latest fashion
She wears clothes that are timeless
Timeless: sth that doesn’t go out of fashion.
