A

A

What is the standard procedure for the 35 m sprint test?

A

Measure 35 m, with 2 cones ,on a flat running surface, using a tape measure.
On “ go” the performer runs the 35 m at fast as they can.
Another person times them using the stop watch.
The time is recorded.

A

Different people, with different reaction times, stopping the stop watch , would make the results less reliable as results could be faster/ slower.
