A

Start position, in a mat with hands below shoulders and knees off the floor. Body must be straight.
On “ go” chest goes to the floor , with back straight and return to start position - this is one rep.
Another person counts how many reps are completed in one minute

A

The performer lis on the mat in the start position with knees bent and hands by the ears.
On “ go” they sit up till elbows touch knees then lower to start position. This is one Rep.
The other person counts how many Reps are completed in one minute
