Indications

- Pain/inflammation relief pre/post ocular surgery
- Pain relief in corneal abrasion (Ketorolac, Diclofenac)
- Blepharitis
- Allergic conjunctivitis - to decrease itching and conjunctival injection

Contraindications
A
- Patients with eye infections
- NSAID allergy
- Bromfenac contraindicated with sulfite allergy

Warnings/Precautions
A
- Delayed healing
- Keratitis (can make it worse)
- Corneal melt (rare)

Adverse Reactions

- Stinging and burning (15%)
- Keratitis (28%)
- Lacrimation (30%)
- Post-op foreign body sensation
- Increased IOP
- Corneal edema, ocular inflammation/irritation, superficial infections, headache, blurred vision, corneal ulcers/infiltrates
