What non-persistance-last known good?
A
A boot configuration state that is used with boot failures, this gives you the opportunity to boot back the last known boot state, this is no longer available after windows 10, this is also overwritten with a login

What is non-persistance- Known state?
A
This is where you revert to known state which is a configuration baselines, this is the desired state configuration( known for windows), also known as a snapshot in VM machines

What is live boot media?
A
This is like a linux live boot where the new operating system is on a seperate harddrive and the computer can boot from this hardware and then after a new restart it goes back to the orginal system. Examples: CD/DVD, USB, PXE boot (network)
