Fales Rejection rate, False Acceptance rate, and crossover error rate

What is False Rejection rate?
A
Also called a type 1 error, authorized users are rejected, and availability is lost

A
Also called a type 2 error, a unauthorized users granted access, the confidentality and integrity is lost

A
Also called equal error rate, the less errors and more sensitive a system is the better the CER rating so the lower the rate the better
