Non-ossifying fibroma;
80% occur in lower extremity; distal femur and proximal tibia metaphysis

A
1) multiple non-ossifying fibromas

4) Heart, eye, gonadal involvement

1) eccentric lesion with “bubbly” appearance on xray
2) fibroblastic cells in whirlwind appearance (helicopter in wheat field)

A
observation for most lesions, casting for fractures, currettage for some larger lesions
