A
Epiphysis in younger pts; usually around 12yo

What are radiographic and histologic signs of a chondroblastoma?
A
1) Well-circumscribed spiphyseal lytic lesion with a rim of sclerotic bone
2) Chondroblasts arranged in chicken-wire or cobble-stone
3) S100 positive

What is the treatment for chondroblastoma?
A
Extended intralesional curettage and bone grafting
